<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-73-l7 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Rosevil1e, Minnesota, will meet at the village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'c1ock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended,on proposed Improvement No. <br />ST-73-17 in the general area of Hand and Lovell Avenues between <br />Grandview and Minnesota and between Western and Auerback by the <br />construction of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspec- <br />tion in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $7,900. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: <br /> <br />That tract of land lying in the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as: <br /> <br />Lots 9 through 15 of Block 5, Rice street <br />Grandview Addition. <br /> <br />Lots 43 through 48 of Block 7, and Lots 1 through <br />6 of Block 8, Joy's Rice Street Addition to <br />Saint Paul. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Burke M.
