<br />Extract of minutes of meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution ar.d <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5942 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT P-73-l9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 19, 1973, the Council nas <br />directed Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates, <br />vill~ge consulting engineers, to prepare a preliminary report <br />as to th~ feasibility of a proposed improvement on Comillerl~~ Street <br />from State Farm Road to Snelling Avenue Service Drive by i:l1e <br />ir.s'callation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb anr: ,,;'.:<'tt13:: <br />?~~ necessary appurtenances. Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson <br />& Ass0ciates, village consulting engineers, were also dir~~teQ <br />~o include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. '}''he <br />preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and con.- <br />8ide~ed ~y the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be <br />placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The i~prvve- <br />~ent pro~osed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />~~port is designated as Improvement No. P-73-l9. <br />
