NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-73-l9 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the village Hall, 270l North Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. P-73-l9 in the general area of Commerce Street from state Farm Road to Snelling Avenue Service Drive by the installation of bituminous surfacing, conc~ete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- mately $39,640. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: That tract of land in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, enclosed by the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of the SW~ of the SW~ of Section lO, Township 29, Range 23; thence east 1,312.86 feet along the north line of said SW~ of the S~ to the northeast corner of said SW~ of the SW~: thence south 1,3l5.l feet along the east line of said SW~ of the SW~ to the southeast corner of said SW~ of the SW~; thence west 627 feet along the south line of said SW~ of the SW~i thence north 483 feet; thence west 688.73 feet more or less to the west line of said SW~ of the SW~; thence north 830.24 feet more or less along the west line of said SW~ of the SW~ to the point of beginning and there terminating. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
