<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-73-2l <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7;30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-73-2l in the general area of Herschel Street from County <br />Road B to T.H. 36 Service Drive by the construction of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Villuge <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $257,700.
