<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 22nd day of August, 1994 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the fOllowing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Memberp. Johnson <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />9097 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />ADJUST THE PROPOSED TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1995 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, there are re- <br />serve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement <br />Issues 9,10,11,12,14 and 16 in the amount of $1,213,503 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1995 tax <br />levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 21, <br />1995 by $120,000 , the City Hall debt Service by $51,725 and to <br />reduce the levy by $1,213,503 which is being paid by debt service <br />reserves. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
