<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the village <br />Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973 at 7:30 o'clock p.rn.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5947 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-73-l3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 19, 1973, the Council has <br />directed the Village Public Works Director to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvemen~ <br />on Skillman Avenue from Fairview to Prior Avenues by the con- <br />struction of sanite€3rme~!tn~~ef~~tpftfj~uminous surfacing, . <br />concrete curb and gutter7~md necessary appurtenances. Th5 PUb:_l.';: <br />Works Director was also directed to include in the report tDC <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to wheth8~ <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connec t:LO.l <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council oDd <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in tne <br />office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is desig~at8(1 <br />as Improvement No. SS-W-P-73-l3. <br />
