Extract of Minutes vf Meeting of Village Council of village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 26, 1973 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Brennan and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5948 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-73-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted February 26, 1973, the Council has directed the Village Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Grandview Avenue west of Cohansey Street to the end of cul- de-sac by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bitu- minous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement SS-W-P-73-14.
