<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-73-14 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-73-14 in the general area of Grandview Avenue west of <br />Cohansey Street to the end of cul-de-sac by the construction of <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb <br />and gutter and storm drainage facilities and necessary appur- <br />tenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $35,918. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: <br /> <br />All of Julanna Heights No. 2 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Burke M.
