Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota liA7.;).1 ' 1962 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rellular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall in said Village on Aueust , 27 , 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.. The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann and the following were absent~ None A discussion was had relating to Roseville Citizen's who spoke at the public hearing for Water Improvement No. 62-1 on Wednesday, August 22, 1962 at the Alexander Ramsey High School. Member Flanagan then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ~ RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1957, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of a Water Improvement No. 62-1 consisting of the construction of a booster station, elevated storage tank, dis- tribution and feeder mains, lateral mains, hydrants, controls, service connections, water metering devices, and other facilities for the supply and distribution of water within the area Jescribed in the notice of hearing, to be obtained from a :onnection with the water system of the City of st. Paul under' 1 cooperative agreement to be entered into by the Village ~ouncil and the City Council, and from other available sources,
