<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-73-22 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />UL-73-22 in the general area of Prior Avenue from County Road B-2 <br />to Cleveland Avenue Service Drive and on West Perimeter Drive from <br />Prior Avenue to Cleveland Avenue Service Drive by the installation <br />of an underground street lighting system. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $19,200. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: <br /> <br />All of Rosedale Center :Se.dond Addi tion, <br />as recorded in the office of the Registrar <br />of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Also, all that property abutting Prior <br />Avenue, between West County Road B-2 and <br />West Perimeter Drive in the West One-half <br />(W~) of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and <br />be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Burke M.
