<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock pftffift <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5951 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT UL-73-23 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 19, 1973, the Council has <br />directed the Village Public Works Director to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvemen~: <br />on Highcrest Road from Walnut Street to Terminal Road by the <br />installation of an underground street lighting systemo The <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the repo~t <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in cODnecti0n <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated (, <br />as Improvement UL-73-23. <br />
