<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-73-23 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatt~. Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />UL-73-23 in the general area of Highcrest Road from Walnut Street <br />to Terminal Road by the installation of an underground street <br />lighting system. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $13,440. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: <br /> <br />Except the North 30 feet, the North part of <br />the East 645 feet of the West 700 feet of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW~) being 2029.84 <br />feet on the west side and 1227.78 feet on the <br />east side, in Section 8, Township 29, Range <br />23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and <br />be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 261 1973 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Burke M.
