Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council of Village of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 26, 1973 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Vi1iage Council of the Village of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the Village Ball on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 o'c1ock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley ihtroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5953 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-ST-73-25 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the village of Rosevi1le as follows: 1. By resolution adopted March 19, 1973, the Council has directed the Village Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Fairview Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also Fairview Avenue from County Road C to County Road C-2 by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, all in conjunction with the County of Ramsey. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement P-3T-73-25.
