NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-73-25 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. P-ST-73-25 in the general area of Fairview Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also Fairview Avenue from County Road C to County Road C-2 by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, all in conjunction with the County of Ramsey. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The coat of the improvement is presently estimated at ,$658,525 of which approxirJately $.l12,525 will be pnid by the Village of Roscville. The area proposed to be assesscd for the install8tion of bituninous surfacing, concrete curb and'gutter arid necessary appurtenances shall be the following: All parcels of property abutting Fairview Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C-2 and the area proposed to be assessed for the installation of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances shall be the following: Except the North 400 feet, the West 283 feet of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, T29, R23; Lot 8, Block 9; Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 10; Block 11; Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 12, Fairview Heights Plat 3; the North 400 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, T29, R23i except the North 400 feet, the East 233 feet of the SW 1/4 of Section 4, T29, R23; and Lots I, 2, 3, and 4 of Rolling Acres.
