<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-73-25 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-ST-73-25 in the general area of Fairview Avenue from County <br />Road B-2 to County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, <br />and also Fairview Avenue from County Road C to County Road C-2 <br />by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, <br />all in conjunction with the County of Ramsey. The foregoing is <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The coat of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />,$658,525 of which approxirJately $.l12,525 will be pnid by the Village <br />of Roscville. The area proposed to be assesscd for the install8tion <br />of bituninous surfacing, concrete curb and'gutter arid necessary <br />appurtenances shall be the following: <br /> <br />All parcels of property abutting <br />Fairview Avenue from County Road B-2 <br />to County Road C-2 <br /> <br />and the area proposed to be assessed for the installation of <br />storm sewers and necessary appurtenances shall be the following: <br /> <br />Except the North 400 feet, the West 283 feet <br />of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, T29, R23; Lot 8, <br />Block 9; Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 10; <br />Block 11; Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, <br />Block 12, Fairview Heights Plat 3; the North <br />400 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br />Section 4, T29, R23i except the North 400 <br />feet, the East 233 feet of the SW 1/4 of <br />Section 4, T29, R23; and Lots I, 2, 3, and <br />4 of Rolling Acres. <br />
