<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-73-l8 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 26th day of April, 1973 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-73-l8 in the general area of Woodhill Drive from Lexington to <br />Hamline Avenue in conjunction with the State Highway Department <br />by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all sub- <br />stantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $181,945. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement shall be all those parcels of property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Woodhill Drive between <br />Lexington Avenue and Hamline Avenue described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the South- <br />east Quarter (SE~) of Section 3, Township 29, <br />Range 23; thence Westerly along the south section <br />line of said section 1820.77 feet to the centerline <br />of Chelsea Street as platted in Ashbach Park Addition; <br />thence Northerly along said centerline 606.9 feet; <br />thence Westerly on the extended south lines of <br />Lot 14 and Lot 1, Block 2, and Lot 14 and Lot 1, <br />Block l, Ashbach Park Addition, 798 feet to the <br />centerline of Hamline Avenue; thence Northerly <br />along said centerline 266.52 feet; thence Easterly <br />along the extended north lines of Lots 7 and 6, <br />Block l, Schmidt's Hamline Heights Plat 1, 408 feet <br />to the centerline of Huron Street; thence Northerly <br />on said centerline 10 feet; thence Easterly on the <br />extended north line of Lot 6, Block 1, Fernwood <br />Terrace Plat 1, to the extended north line of Lot 5, <br />Block 8, Fernwood Terrace Plat 4, being the center- <br />line of Fernwood Street; thence Southerly 30.76 <br />feet to the extended north line of Lot 10, Block 1 <br />
