EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 26, 1973 * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 26, 19Z3, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Brennan and Anderson and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel Resolution and moved its adoption: introduced the following RESOLUTION NO. 5955 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville was granted an easement on August 13, 1971, and filed with the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles on August 19, 1971, in Book 2298, Page 967 , Document No. 1806176, described as follows: A perpetual easement 10 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing on a point on East right-of-way on Lexington Avenue, said point lying 336 feet South of centerline of County Road D, measured along East right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue, thence Southeasterly to a point on the East line of Lot 9 of Saint Paul Park Addition 358 feet North of the Southea st corner and there terminating, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, State of Minne sota . WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville deems it has no further use and need for said easement and has been requested by the owner of the property upon which it is located, Warren Brennan, to release said easement.
