<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COONCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on Monday, March 26,1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Cllrley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOllITION NO. 5956 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council and the Fire Department of <br />the Village of Roseville have agreed that the Fire Department's <br />Pensions should be increased; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of said agreement between the Village <br />Council and the Fire Department and as a result of actuarial <br />studies that the pension may be increased; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CClJNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council approves and reconnnends that <br />H.F. No. 217 as amended be approved and ask the State <br />Legislature to approve same. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager of the Village of Roseville be <br />instructed that a certified copy of this resolution <br />should be delivered to all Representatives of the <br />State Legislature. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />
