<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 9, 1973 <br />** * **** ************ ******* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of tbe Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on the 9tb day of April, 1973. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson, Brennan and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5958 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in tbe best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to transfer monies between funds as listed below: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following funds be increased <br />and decreased as indicated: <br /> <br />1. Fixed Asset Replacement Fund to General Fund <br />for purchase of vehicles in Recreation and <br />Code Enforcement <br /> <br />$ 3,419.00 <br /> <br />2. Contingency Fund to General Fund $ 10,579.00 <br />for purchase of two additional police station <br />wagons and for salary payments made in regards <br />to death of HOward Johnson <br /> <br />3. Utility Operating Funds to General Fixed Asset $268,699.18 <br />Fund for construction cost of maintenance garage <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
