EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 9, 1973 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of R:>seville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 9th day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlIDcilmen Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Brennan following resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the RESOLUTION NO. 5959 RESOLUTION RELATING TO DISCONTINUANCE OF CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION FUNDS AND PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF UNUSED BALANCES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of R:>seville, as follows: 1. That the balance of proceeds of bonds and funds in the improvements listed below be now transferred to the improve- ment funds indicated, and that said original improvement funds be discontinued. That all monies not hereby transferred and all subsequent collection of special assessments and taxes levied for said original improvements shall be credited to and paid into the appropriate sinking fund heretofore created for the financing of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
