<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE CaJNCIL <br />OF IDE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />April 9, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br />the 9th day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />COlIDcilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5960 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS ST-73-15, <br />P-73-12 AND ST-P-73-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the best interests of <br />the Village of Rosevi1le to rescind the following resolutions <br />pertaining to public TInprovements: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5946 regarding Improvement P-73-l2 <br />Resolution No. 5940 regarding Improvement ST-73-15 <br />Resolution No. 5945 regarding Improvement ST-P-73-26 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos. 5946, <br />5940 and 5945 be hereby rescinded and revoked in their entirety. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against: None . <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
