Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council of Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: April 9, 1973 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, the 9th day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5961 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5953 AND RE-SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-ST-73-25 WHEREAS by Resolution No. 5953 adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville on March 26, 1973, a public feasibility hearing was called for Improvement P-ST-73-25 on Thursday, April 26, 1973 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the village hall, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that the hearing should be held on Monday, April 30, 1973 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the village hall of the Village of Roseville. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the Council shall meet at the village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village, on April 30, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing.
