<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD April 16, 1973 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Monday, April 16, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Cotmcilmen Grauel, Anderson, <br />Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Linebarger <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5962 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville holds a 15-ft storm sewer <br />easement on the southwesterly portion of the property located at 3061 <br />Patton Road, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville deems <br />that the Village of Roseville has no further need for the northwesterly <br />five feet of said easement and it has been requested of the owner of said <br />property, James G. Buhl, that the northwesterly five feet of said easement <br />be vacated to enable him to construct a garage on his property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Village of Roseville does hereby release and vacate <br />all of its interest to James G. Buhl in the following described portion of <br />the above described storm sewer easement: <br /> <br />The northea sterly 5 feet of the southwe sterly <br />15 feet of Lot 2, Block 8, Saint Anthony Plat <br />No.2, according to the plat thereof on file <br />and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Ramsey County, State of Minnesota. <br />
