<br />~ 59&3 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />April 30, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also present were Burke M. Raymond, village Manager, <br /> <br />Roger Jensen, village attorney, Doug strong, village engineer, <br /> <br />Roger Short and Don Christoffersen, village consulting engineers, <br /> <br />and Peter S. Popovich, village bond consultant. <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger indicated that correspondence had been <br /> <br />received from David B. Wamstad in connection with Improvement <br /> <br />No. ST-72-l5, as follows: <br /> <br />MR. DAVID B. WAMSTAD, 2195 North Rosewood Lane: Objects <br />to the engineering plan for the improvement. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing on April 26, 1973 for Improvement ST-72-l5, <br /> <br />Councilman curley then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br />
