<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />~ S-960 <br /> <br />Ex~ract of Minutes of Meeting <br />, of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 30, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, 1 Minnesota <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also present were Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; Roge:&:' <br /> <br />Jensen, village attorneYi Doug Strong, village engineer; Roger <br /> <br />Short and Don Christoffersen, village consulting eng~neersi <br /> <br />and Peter S. Popovich, village bond consultant. <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger announced that Mr. Al Kozick, representing <br />the state Farm Insurance Companies, 1500 West Highway 36, would <br />like to speak in connection with Improvement P-73-20. <br /> <br />MR. KOZICK: In favor of the improvement because the <br />character of the road and the surroundings indicate to them that <br />it makes good sense to have it a public road. Also had comments <br />and questions about assessments. <br /> <br />After a discussio~ of the views ?rese~ted DY persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing on April 26 and April 30, 1973 for Improve- <br /> <br />ment No. P-23-20, Councilman Curley then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution 2nd moved its adoption: <br />
