<br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement No. UL-73-23, consisting of the <br />installation of an underground street lighting system on Highcrest <br />Road from Walnut Street to Terminal Road as described in the <br />notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approxi- <br />mately $13,440, and substantially in accordance with the prelimin- <br />ary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the Village Manager; and having con- <br />sidered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />orGer that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed there- <br />for shall include the property as described in the notice of <br />hearing: and that the Village Pub1io Works Director is hereby <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans anG <br />specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None; and Anderson abstained <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
