<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />April 30, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also present were Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; <br /> <br />Roger Jensen, village Attorney; Doug strong, Village Engineer; <br /> <br />Roger Short and Don Christoffersen, Village Consulting Engineers; <br /> <br />and Peter S. Popovich, village Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing on April 26, 1973 for Improvement <br /> <br />No. P-73-18, Councilman Grauel then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5969 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
