<br />request for vacating Skillman Avenue <br />between the present Fairview site and <br />Lots I through 9 will be made. He <br />further said the district would not be <br />opposed to Skillman Avenue being improved <br />in order that Lots 10 through 16 could be <br />used and, depending on the settlement <br />figure for Lots I through 9, it may well <br />consider.a portion of Lot 9 to be used <br />for a cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />CORPUS CHRISTI CHURCH: Object to the <br />improvement because of the assessments. <br />The church will derive no particular <br />benefit from the improvement based on <br />its present operation. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing on April 26, 1973 for Improvement <br /> <br />No. SS-W-p-73-13, Councilman Anderson then introduced the follow- <br /> <br />ing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5970 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-73-13 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO <br />MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-73-13, consisting of <br />the construction of sanitary sewer, waterrnain, bituminous <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, <br />and necessary appurtenances on Skillman Avenue from Fairview to <br />Prior Avenue as described in the notice of hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated to be approximately $135,554, and substantially <br />in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village Manager: and having considered the views of all interested <br />
