<br />;e~~J _::Jcr 7 ;Z <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 30, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of April, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also present were Burke M. Raymond, Village Manager; <br /> <br />Roger Jensen, village attorneYi Doug strong, village engineer; <br /> <br />Roger Short and Don Christoffersen, village consulting engineers; <br /> <br />Peter S. Popovich, village bond consultant; and Floyd Snyker, <br /> <br />Ramsey County Engineer. <br /> <br />The village Manager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement P-ST-73-25 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted April 9, 1973, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also <br /> <br />exhibited a certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. <br />
