EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of September, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9100 MUNICIPAL ACCESS GRANT WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is a member of the North Suburban Cable Communications commission; and WHEREAS, the Grantee of the cable franchise pays franchise fees to the City; and WHEREAS, the North Suburban Cable Communications commission does, from time to time, make available grants to assist the Member cities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Roseville: 1. That the City has established a separate account for franchise fees; and 2. That expenditures from this separate account are currently used for the following activities: Purchase of cable equipment and improvements for cable operation in Council Chambers. Paying salary of 1/2 time position for coordinating cable operation. Paying salary of 1/2 time position for Public Information Officer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
