<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertise- <br />ment for Improvement No. SS-W-P-73-l4 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />state that the bids will be received by the village Manager <br />until ll:OO o'clock a.m. on June 22, 1973, at which time they <br />will be publicly opened in the Village Hall by the Village Manager <br />and Village Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and <br />will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on June <br />25, 1973 in the Council Chambers, and that no bids will be con- <br />sidered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten percent (lO%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
