<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specificationso The advertisement <br />for Improvement No. ST-72-15 shall be published as required <br />by law, shall specify the work to be donel shall call for bids <br />upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be received by the Village Manager until 11:00 <br />o'clock a.m. on July 9 , 1973, at which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the Village Hall by the Village Manager and <br />Village Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will <br />be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on ~~y 9 <br />1973 in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a <br />cash depositl certified check or bid bond payable to the manager <br />for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: <br /> <br />Nooe <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
