<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 4th day of June, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5985a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT SS-73-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve a portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville by the construction of approximately 500 feet of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer immediately south of the north Roseville limits <br /> <br />to provide service to several properties lying below and easterly <br /> <br />of West OWasso Boulevard with discharge northerly to an existing <br /> <br />lif~ station in Shoreview, the construction of which in 1966 was <br /> <br />partially paid by Roseville, and to assess the benefited property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.01:, to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
