The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with Erwin Montgomery Co. for $72,907.00 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for the above improvement <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifj.cations thereof heretofore <br /> <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Village Manager. <br />
