The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />H and S Asphalt Company <br /> <br />for $ <br /> <br />111,683.00 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />for the above improvement according to the plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Village Manager. <br />
