<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RA~lSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on the Twenty-fifth day of June, 1973, at 7:30 o.clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />f~ember Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE'S REQUEST <br />FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer of the Village of Roseville may deem it <br /> <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the Minnesota Highway Depart- <br /> <br />mente <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to statutory authority, the <br /> <br />Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of <br />Roseville is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the State of Minne- <br /> <br />sota, Department of Highways, needed engineering and technical services during <br /> <br />the year 1973 for which payment will be made by the municipality upon receipt <br />of verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways. <br />
