<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESarA - HELD JUNE 25, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 25th <br />day of June, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5992 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, has authorized the <br />Village of Rosevi1le four additional licenses for the on-sale <br />of intoxicating liquor in addition to the number authorized by <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 340.353, Sub.5; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, hereby approve Chapter 522 of the <br />1973 Session Laws. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman ilirley and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESarA) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville of Ramsey County, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said Village Council held on the <br />
