<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 23, 1973 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Ro seville, Ro seville, Minne sota , <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br />July 23, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introd uced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Laws of Minnesota 1973, Chapter 462, provides <br />in part as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 2. This act is effective upon approval <br />by the village council of the village of Roseville, and <br />upon compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />645.021." <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village of Roseville to <br />approve Laws 1973, Chapter 462, <br /> <br />1. The Village Council hereby approves and agrees <br />that Laws 1973, Chapter 462, shall be applicable <br />and binding upon the Village of Roseville. <br />
