<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESafA - HELD JULY 23, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 23rd <br />day of July , 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Brennan and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 5995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1973 contract with Teamsters Local 320 for <br />sergeants and patrolman was ratified by the Council on July 9, <br />1973; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, that contract calls for salary increases <br />retroactive to January 1, 1973; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following <br />budgetary funds be increased and decreased as indicated to <br />reflect a gross transfer of $32,500 from the eontingency Fund <br />to the General Fund. <br /> <br />Increase In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />Decrease <br />in Appropriation, <br /> <br />General <br />Ftmd <br /> <br />$32,500 <br /> <br />Contingency <br />Fund <br /> <br />$32,500 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
