<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />S'tf?l, <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO A PART OF COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1973, SERIES 5 DECLARING COST <br />TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for a part of Combined <br />Improvement of 1973, Series 5 of the Village of Roseville for <br />that portion of the improvement consisting of (a) construction <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary appurtenances in the <br />general area of Skillman Avenue from Fairview to Prior Avenues; <br />and (b) construction of sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary <br />appurtenances in the general area of Grandview Avenue west of <br />Cohansey Street to the end of cul-de-sac, and contracts for such <br />work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making <br />of that portion of said improvement amount to $ 41 083.00 and <br />of this cost the village will pay $ 16,955. SO as its share of the <br />cost. <br />
