<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said . . <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and <br />Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5998 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-20 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-72-20 <br />consisting of the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances generally in the area of County Road C-2 from Long <br />Lake Road west to Long Lake Road east, and the contracts for such <br />work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvement amount to $ 68,873.86 and of this cost the <br />village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
