<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5999 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. P-73-18 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvemeut No. P-73-18 <br />of the Village of Roseville consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances in the general area of Woodhill Drive from Lexingtcn <br />to Hamline Avenue in conjunction with the State Highway Department: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts for such work and the expenses incur~ed <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 120,833.00 and of this cost the village will pay $ 52,420.83 <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
