<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />I <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6000 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-70-ll, <br />W-70-l2 AND P-ST-70-l3 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-70-ll, <br />W-70-12 and P-ST-70-13 consisting of the construction of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter <br />and storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances in the area <br />generally bounded by Fairview on the east, Cleveland on the west, <br />County Road B-2 on the south and County Road C on the north~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts for such work and the expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 698.142.00 <br />and of this cost the village will pay $79,794.69 as its share of <br />the cost~ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
