<br />Extract of Minut~s of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the.Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6001 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1972, SERIES 4 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WEEREAS contracts have been let for Combined Improvement of <br />1972, Series 4 as follows: <br /> <br />a. ST-72-21 consisting of the construction of storm <br />sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances in the area <br />generally bounded by S.T.H. 8, County Road D, Highcrest <br />Road, and county Road C-2. <br /> <br />b. ST-67-35 in the area generally bounded by County <br />Road D on the north, Lydia Drive on the sOl1th, Victoria <br />on the east and Churchill on the west by the construction <br />of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />
