<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Purs~ant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />SS-W-P-72-l3 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-72-l3 in the general area of County Road C from Oxford <br />to Dale Street by the construction of sewer services, watermain <br />services, bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and <br />storm sewer facilities in conjunction with the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts for such work and the expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$91,174.00 and of this cost the village will pay $72,207.71 as <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
