<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 6, 1973 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Rosevillc, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on August 6, 1973, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan <br /> <br />and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. P-73-l8, prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the Village Public Works Director as directed <br /> <br />by the Council on July 23, 1973, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then intorduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6003 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-73-l8 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement <br />No. P-73-l8 now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the Village Manager, is approved, and the Manager <br />is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will <br />meet to consider the proposed assessment on August 30, 1973, <br />at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in the Village of <br />Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, <br />
