<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 6, 1973 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on August 6, 1973, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for a portion of Combined Improvement of 1972, <br /> <br />Series 3 prepared by him with the assistance of the Village <br /> <br />Public Works Director as directed by the Council on July 23, <br /> <br />1973, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in <br /> <br />his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6005 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR A PORTION OF <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, SERIES 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota that the proposed assessment roll for a portion of <br />Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 3 now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the Village Manager, is approved, <br />and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />
