<br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />August 30, 1973, at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in <br />the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall <br />state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature <br />of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that the <br />proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that <br />written or oral Objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper <br />of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner <br />of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than <br />two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose <br />of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those <br />shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. Every <br />property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed <br />on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County <br />Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
