EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVlLLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of September, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9104 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT UL-94-14 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 26, 1994, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of proposed improvement UL-94-14. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as improvement UL-94-14. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on October 10, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form (see attachment). 5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for improvement UL-94-14 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
