<br />RESOLUTION NO. 600 A <br /> <br />;iHEREAS, it is propos cd to improve Langdon Lake area and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to ~'linnesota Statutes, Sections 429. all <br />to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). <br /> <br />NOW, TlJEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />rWSEVILLE, :UNNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Engineer <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary Hay as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be Inade as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this lath day of September, 1962. <br /> <br />.7 ,." ~'.
