<br />e~ <br /> <br />6 () 17v' ~:() /P <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 10, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 10th <br /> <br />day of September, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on August 30, 1973, <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 58-70-11, W-70-12 AND P-8T-70-13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for Improvement No. SS-70-11, <br />W-70-12 and P-ST-70-13 should be and are hereby amended as follows: <br />
